I am here to share my experience with you all and give you the best tips to get into great form. Staying fit has always been a challenge for one and all but once the urge is there all it needs is a little push. The few tips that I am giving each one of you should be followed in all seriousness. Getting out of the couch could be difficult, but mark my words, every will has a way. So here are a few tips, digest it.

- Be Consistent
What one likes is what one will do. So the idea is start in a small way. One needs to start with a twenty minute run on the treadmill. One need not be fast but one needs to be consistent. The success lies in doing what you like to be done each day without an excuse. So what began as a twenty minute workout has now become an obsession.
- Keep Realistic Goals
It is always good to be realistic rather than to feel sorry. One must understand one’s body and how much it will take. One must not strive for perfection but rather concentrate on better health results. It does not matter if one is not able to run five kilometers in a day. It would be far better for you and your body to begin with a fifteen minute walk and then slowly increase the time and distance and intensity.
- Keep a friend along
It is always great to have a partner along with you when one is starting on a fitness program. The reason could be two fold. The first is that one can enjoy each other’s company and secondly a bit of encouragement goes a long way in helping each other. All that one needs is a little motivation to get the intensity charged. It would be very boring to do exercise alone, so best is to find a buddy.
- Make a Plan
There is a saying that goes like this. Plan your work to work out your plan. One does not need a fancy gear or jogging shoes to get to the gym. All that one need is a little floor space. Even the space in the garage can do. All one needs to do is to concentrate on the area such as the hips and buttocks, chest and arms, legs and thighs. One must aim to repeat each exercise at least ten to twelve times. This can be slowly increased to the level one desires
- Keep an Eye on the Clock
It is but natural to go overboard in the beginning due to the spurt in interest. Take my advice .Try to work out a time that is best suited to one’s energy. If one is in the habit of rising early in the morning then it would be best to exercise when the energy level is high. In this way one will get the best results from the effort put in.
